Suzanne Tretowicz also runs a scam charity called Four Paws One Cause. She "raffled" off a jeep, meaning she collected money from people, but then claimed to not have sold enough tickets and was going to make a decision as to whether or not to continue selling tickets or refund them. When a few friends of mine contacted her about getting refunded, she gave them the run around and said that the tickets had already been refunded. After several emails, one of my friends told her that they were tired of being scammed, and she said that my friend was threatening her and that she was going to contact her lawyer. It took months and only two of my three friends ever received any money back, and they had to stay on her about it. Suzanne Tretowicz has a grooming business in PA called "All Washed Up", and two businesses in Rehoboth Beach, DE. One is called Salty Paws ( a dog ice cream shop) and "All Dried Out" which sells treats, frozen food, and sparse dog toys, etc. She claims her freeze dried treats and frozen food is made in the U.S., but also states that you can label food products "made in the USA" even if it is just packaged in the U.S. Her treats do not look like anything that you would purchase in a quality store. She also claims that the ice cream that she sells is healthy for dogs, however three dogs that I know have vomited severely after eating ice cream from her store.

Took money, never shipped, phone disconnected
I placed an order about 2 months ago for dog treats and have never received the product. I ordered from www.rawpetfoodnation.com which is owned by Suzanne Tretowicz who formerly owned Pet Dynamix. Suzanne Tretowicz is now currently doing business as raw pet food nation (rawpetfoodnation). The phone number 610-345-**** is currently disconnected. They / Suzanne Tretowicz will stop responding to emails after a while. Then after many, Suzanne Tretowicz will respond and tell me she shipped product. I ask for tracking information and she doesn't send it. Be cautious doing business with Suzanne Tretowicz, Pet Dynamix, Raw Pet Food Nation (rawpetfoodnation). I was very surprised when I found this website and that Suzanne Tretowicz has done this to other customers with Pet Dynamix.

Took my money and did not ship product
On 2/26/12 placed an order for Dogzymes products on PET DYNAMIX website...2/29/12 email confirmation that product in stock shipped with no trackin info... emailed Pet Dynamix and on 3/13/12 received email from Suzanne of Pet Dynamix that she would call the shipper in the morning and get me delivery information.....today is 3/20/12....to date; I have received no product, no email and can not get through no their phone no...(610) 345-****...........Based on the facts collected to date; I can only assume that PET DYNAMIX is either out of business or the owners have serious customer service issues or both...........I guess people need to spent more time checking out a supplier on Goggle before buying,,,

I also placed an order for food that was never received. I have requested a refund and it is now two months past with no refund and no food.
I was advised by my attorney to contact the PA Attorney General's Office to file a complaint.
If that doesn't resolve it, then I will file at the magistrate's office and take her to court. She is now operating under a new website - rawpetfoodnation.com

CHARGE ME AND NEVER SEND MY ITEM AT PETDYNAMIX
I buy a Designer Legs Out Front Carrier Pink-Small from their online page on sep 26. I had been charge sep 27. And since then I had email like 20 times to ask about tracking number and to see what is going on but not body cares. They have change all the times their emails address and in their page doenst have a phone, address or customer services links... their answer is only "we are sorry... but we will ship it" and they haven't send me anything!!! I also ask for the money back since they haven send anything and they promiss it back but I have been waitting for too long and anything... pls help if someone have phone number or address... or know how to complain to a higher institute would appreciate.

Pet Dynamix did not send receipt or complete order
Ordered from Pet Dynamix in November. Emailed in December as to status, got a "it is sent this week" nothing until January, sent another request. "It is sent this week" finally did get my order but it is not completely filled. Have been emailing Suzanne with Pet Dynamix constantly. I cannot get a receipt or have information as to what they charged and why I did not get everything. One reply from her said only one item was missing, however their shipping ticket where they highlighted what was in the box is missing lots more. She states I was only charged what was billed but now mysteriously I cannot get that receipt to see what I was billed for! Beware!
